No new scans in 16 days. Long silences on the main leg are normal, especially by sea — carriers often resume scanning only once the parcel reaches your country.

How this works
- Why do my agent and the local carrier show nothing?
- Agents usually stop updating once the parcel leaves their warehouse, and the carrier in your country only knows the parcel after it clears customs there. The middle of the trip — the international leg — belongs to a third carrier that neither of them displays. We stitch all of those scans into one timeline.
- Where do I find the tracking number?
- Your agent gives it to you when the parcel ships, usually in the orders or parcels section of their site, sometimes by email. Copy it exactly — spaces and dashes are fine, we clean those up.
- Nothing has updated for days. Is my parcel lost?
- Long silences are normal on the international leg: a parcel can fly, land and wait in customs for a week or more without a single scan. Updates usually resume once it reaches the destination country. Treat "no updates" as no news rather than bad news until the expected window has clearly passed.
- What do you do with my tracking number?
- We store it so we can pull updates for it, and so a second person tracking the same parcel does not cost another lookup. We never publish individual numbers or routes — only aggregate timing statistics, and only once enough parcels share a route for the numbers to mean anything.
