TigBuy is a Chinese shopping agent that helps overseas shoppers buy from Taobao, 1688, Weidian and other Chinese stores. You paste a product link, TigBuy buys it into its Hangzhou warehouse, and consolidates your items into one international parcel — so a single TigBuy spreadsheet routes Weidian, Taobao and 1688 links into one checkout. TigBuy uses a traditional fee model rather than the zero-fee approach: it charges a 10% service fee on the item price plus domestic shipping (dropping to 8%, 7% or 6% for Gold, Platinum and Diamond VIP tiers). In return its exchange rate is fairly honest, close to mid-market — and PayPal adds a 3% surcharge if you pay that way. So compare the all-in total: a visible 10% fee with a near-honest rate can still beat a zero-fee agent that recovers it on the FX.
